The 2021 How we Teach This Recognition Awards for Excellence in Sustainable Finance Education have been awarded as follows:

Winner: How we Teach This Recognition Award for Excellence in Sustainable Finance Education for Best Overall is awarded to Diane-Laure Arjaliès (Ivey) for her syllabus: “Sustainable Finance: Building the Business of the 21st Century.”

 

Winner: How we Teach This Recognition Award for Excellence in Sustainable Finance Education for Breadth of Perspective in a Syllabus is awarded to Bhakti Mirchandani (Columbia) for her syllabus: “Impact Finance for Sustainability.”

 

Winner: How we Teach This Recognition Award for Excellence in Sustainable Finance Education for Breadth of Perspective in Teaching Materials is awarded to Alex Edmans for his book “Grow the Pie: How Great Companies Deliver Both Purpose and Profit.”

 

Winner: How we Teach This Recognition Award for Excellence in Sustainable Finance Education for Quantitative Rigor in a Syllabus is awarded to Shawn Cole and Vikram Gandhi (Harvard) for their syllabus: “Investing: Risk and Return.”

 

Winner: How we Teach This Recognition Award for Excellence in Sustainable Finance Education for Quantitative Rigor in Teaching Materials is awarded to Alnoor Ebrahim (Tufts) for his book chapter: “Roles of Funders” in Measuring Social Change.

 

Winner: How we Teach This Recognition Award for Excellence in Sustainable Finance Education for Syllabus Most Informed by Recent Developments is awarded to Andrea Armeni (NYU) for his syllabus: “The Intersection of Finance and Social Justice.”

 

Winner: How we Teach This Recognition Award for Excellence in Sustainable Finance Education for Teaching Materials Most Informed by Recent Developments is awarded to John Tobin-de la Puente (Cornell) for his book: “The Little Book of Investing in Nature.”
